We recognise that delayed invoices are frustrating and may result in payment difficulties. Under Ofgem’s revised supply licence, we limit the back billing of microbusiness customers to 12 months. However, this doesn’t apply if the customer has been obstructive or unreasonable. Please see our back-billing guidance below for more information.
